The writer of Hebrews tells us, "without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." Hebrews 11:6
Faith is what God is looking for from us, His children. Because without it "its impossible to please Him" so what kind of faith is it that pleases Him? It is a faith that "Believes that He is"
What is God...? He IS your Jehovah-Jira The Lord your Provider? Do you see God’s provision in times of testing and His purpose being fulfilled when your in need?
He IS your Jehovah Rophe the Lord your healer? Sickness and disease have plagued mankind since the fall and he is in constant need of a physician… But the need for healing is even greater than the physical body it goes all the way down to the moral and spiritual need of healing as well.
How about, Jehovah Nissi the Lord your banner. Is God your source when the battles are raging? We will encounter spiritual battles in this life and any time we encounter the enemy we can rest assured that God will raise His banner over us…which is a sign that He will deliver us and save us from the enemy…
He IS, my provider... He IS my healer... He IS the One who fights my battles... "He IS a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him"
Whatever your need, He IS the one whom we are to look to and trust in and that is faith that pleases Him!
